Product Marketing Manager

Saykara is an innovative digital health startup with a vision to bring back the joy in practicing medicine for physicians. Our pioneering AI-powered healthcare virtual assistant simplifies the documentation process for physicians, allowing them to spend more time treating patients and less time on administrative tasks. By leveraging voice and machine learning, Saykara automates critical workflows and provides a smart and scalable solution for any customer, regardless of size. Saykara's unique approach minimizes deployment lead time and offers customers a high-quality, personalized experience from day one.

We’re looking for a strong Product Marketing Manager who will drive product positioning and messaging in close partnership with your product and customer-facing partners. You will also drive go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, creating content and programs that arm marketing, enable and accelerate sales, and drive category leadership. The ideal candidate will bring superior management skills and proven B2B product marketing experience and thrive in a fast-paced high-growth culture.

This role will report to the VP of Marketing and will play a critical role in positioning Saykara as the leader in the emerging healthcare AI virtual assistant space.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or customer facing role.
  • Enterprise/B2B SaaS industry, preferably in the digital health industry is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge and technical know-how of cloud and AI-based technologies and solutions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, and executive management teams.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and strong team player; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, multi-tasking environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute, Master's degree (or equivalent) preferred.

Sales Development Representative

Marketing Communications, Lead Generation/Demand Gen, and Inbound Calls

You will take ownership of:

  • Rapidly respond to inbound marketing leads via phone and email
  • Present a balanced approach to prospecting, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting
  • Drive awareness into lead prospect base through ongoing nurture via email and call campaigns
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover business challenges
  • Build lead pipeline and regularly communicate with direct sales to ensure alignment
  • Share information about Saykara and ask questions about the prospect's business intentions
  • Discern potential for purchase and schedule appointments with those who are of good potential to the Sales Account Executives to pursue
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
  • Record prospect information in CRM database

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • 1+ year in sales, sales development, or related field
  • A BA/BS degree
  • Professional vocal skills: courteous, well spoken, pleasing vocal tone, and polished in asking questions and sharing information

NLP / Machine Learning Engineers

We are looking for talented NLP and machine learning experts to help build our virtual assistant. The ideal candidate must be passionate and self-driven, familiar with the latest work on natural language processing, and able to take ownership of key components of the Saykara virtual assistant. 

We care most about finding people who are sharp, dream big, and are enthusiastic about building solutions that solve real problems for real people.  That said, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A PhD or Masters in relevant machine learning or natural language processing discipline: Computational Linguistics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/Engineering
  • Competency with and understanding of recent advances in NLP: Word vectors, RNNs, LSTMs, attention as well as experience with some of the leading machine learning libraries

Integration Engineer

We are looking for a talented individual who has expertise in architecting and building interfaces to Electronic Health Record systems. The ideal candidate must be passionate and self-driven with industry experience with interface standards used with large EHR platforms such as EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts and other EHRs. The individual will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing various interfaces and medical data integration connecting EHR systems with our cloud based platform.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline: Information Science, Computer Science or industry equivalent.

  • Development experience with HL7 and FHIR/C-CDA

This is an important cross-functional leadership role where you will be required to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop and execute sustainable and scalable product implementation programs for our customers.

  • 5-7 years’ of project/program management, business operations, technical consulting or implementation experience, preferably in the healthcare IT space.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and leading large, complex, multi-faceted projects in the Enterprise B2B or SaaS space.
